1. Introduction
Welcome to Praxom Ayurveda (“we,” “our,” “us”). This Refund Policy explains our procedures and guidelines for processing refunds on products purchased through our e-commerce website www.praxom.com (the “Site”). By making a purchase on our Site, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Product Returns
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order , please do so by writing to us by calling us at customer care details below. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice before the order has been packaged and shipped by us, we shall cancel the order. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Praxom Ayurveda marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, X-Mas , New year Eve , Holi , Raksha Bandhan , Dusshera , Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must not be expired or damaged.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be included with the return.
2.2 Non-Returnable Products Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or other specific conditions. These include:
- Opened or used personal care items.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Any products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Praxom does not accept cancellation requests for Liquid products like MCT oil or Herbal juices etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 Return Request To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at praxomayurveda@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive instructions on how to return the product.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we will check and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
3.2 Shipping the Return Return the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Processing Time Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 21 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.
4.2 Refund Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will offer alternative options such as store credit or a replacement product.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product rather than request a refund, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return conditions apply.
6. Errors and Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the product and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
